Well, with us knowing that our lease is up in April we have already started hunting for a new house and it didn't take us long to find it. I have been looking for almost a year, off and on and I have kept my eye on one particular one in Sand Springs since September. When we realized it was still on the market we went to take a look at it. We just feel in love with it and it just felt like that was the right house for us! We made an offer and now we are ready for inspections. Our wonderful realtor is taking care of scheduling the inspections and we should know by the end of next week how those turn out. It's going to be such a great feeling to actually own our own home again. :)
